Stir-fried in Thai style will often cook over a very high temperature, because chefs do not want the oil to soak into vegetables. So cooking the dish quickly that the vegetables are still crunchy. It is important to prepare all the ingredients before beginning to cook as the cooking time is ver short. Stir-fried dishes are very popular for Thai people because of they are quick, easy and cheap to make. Stir-fried dishes can be served on top of rice, sometime Thai people add a fried egg on top. This type of dish suits for lunch, we call it single dish. If Thais are having a prper meal with several dishes, Then we will always be a stir-fried included in the menu.
